If you get sick, injured or don't enjoy using FitLoad, you can request a refund to the original method of payment within 30 days of your first payment. This policy applies only to new accounts and does not apply if you resubscribe after canceling your account.

Are promotion codes refundable?

No, promotion codes are not refundable or transferable.

Referral Codes

From time to time, referral codes may be available which may provide additional discounts, such as extended free trials or discounts on the cost of a FitLoad membership. These codes and discounts are provided at FitLoad’s sole discretion and on the terms that accompany the code. We may withdraw these codes at any time, without reimbursement or notice.

Fees and Payment

Subscription

Certain features of the Services are free. These Terms still apply whether you engage with free or paid (“subscription-only”) features of the Services. FitLoad has the right to add, change, or discontinue any free or subscription-only feature at any time.

If you choose to access subscription-only features, you will need to pay subscription fees, plus any applicable taxes. When you purchase a FitLoad subscription, you may be charged additional fees (e.g., a foreign transaction fee) depending on your jurisdiction and your banking provider.

When subscribing, you will be required to select the subscription term you require (currently monthly). Please double-check your subscription before you finalize your transaction. After you have completed your purchase, your subscription cannot be modified until the expiration or renewal date of that subscription.

Depending on the subscription plan you choose, subscription fees are paid on a periodic billing cycle. You agree to pay your subscription fees on time.

FitLoad has the right to increase subscription fees or add new fees at any time after giving reasonable notice. Changes in subscription fees will take effect on your next billing date, unless otherwise stated.

Payment

To pay FitLoad any fees, you must select and provide information about your preferred payment method (e.g., credit card, online payment service, a third-party platform, like Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or any other payment method made available by FitLoad) (the “Payment Method”). You authorize us to collect and use your payment information for paying the fees. Our Privacy Policy has more information about how we process your payment information. If you paid through the Google Play or Apple App Store in-app payment flows, you may use your app store account to change your Payment Method.

Apple App Store purchases

If you subscribe through the FitLoad iPhone app, your payment will be processed by Apple through your Apple Account, and Apple's terms will apply to billing. Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple Account's subscription settings, not in FitLoad. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be made to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com); FitLoad cannot issue refunds for them.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will renew automatically at the start of every billing period, based on the plan you chose, and will continue until your subscription is canceled.

Cancellation

Once you cancel your subscription, future payments to FitLoad will stop. Partial month refunds are not offered. For example, if you are billed on the first of every month and cancel on the 15th, you will not get a partial month refund.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by visiting Settings > Plan & billing and selecting Manage billing. If you are eligible for a refund, that action will appear on the page.

If your account is terminated

FitLoad will not provide any refund if your account is terminated under the Termination of Use section of the Terms.

Cooling Off

Some users may be located in countries with laws which allow for early termination or so-called “cooling-off periods”. By purchasing a subscription from us you are specifically requesting that the Services be immediately made available to you. Doing so will waive your ability to cancel the transaction during any such cooling-off period, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Free Trials

From time to time, we may make a free trial available to our Apps or other Services. Where we offer a free trial, it may only be used once. If you are offered this, the free trial period for any subscription will last for the period of time specified when you signed up. If you begin your subscription with a free trial and provide a Payment Method, you will be billed for your subscription fee at the end of the free trial, unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the free trial ends.
