FitLoad Cookie Policy

Effective date: October 28, 2026 · Version 2.0

This Cookie Policy (“Policy”) explains how and why FitLoad (also “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and other similar technologies (“cookies”) on our websites fitload.ai and app.fitload.ai, and on any webpage, mobile app, or other service linking to this Policy. Capitalized terms that this Policy does not define have the meanings our Terms give them.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

A cookie is a small data file, containing information about your browser and online activity, that may be stored on the device you use to access the Services. Some of the cookies placed on your device through our Services are first-party cookies, which means we place them directly. Others may be third-party cookies, meaning third parties (like Google) place them on your device through our Services.

We use session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary and usually last for the length of a single session. They are deleted or removed when you close your browser. Persistent cookies are stored on your device until they expire on a set date, or until they are manually deleted.

We also use similar technologies, like tags, pixels, and local storage. When we refer to “cookies” in this Policy, we include these technologies.

Unless this Policy states otherwise, our FitLoad Privacy Policy applies to the data we collect through cookies.

How FitLoad Uses Cookies

We may use cookies to allow our Services to operate, to increase the functionality and efficiency of our Services, to analyze how to improve our Services, to tailor the content and information that we display to you, and to fulfill other legitimate purposes as described below.

We may use three main categories of cookies:

  • Necessary cookies are essential for our Services to function and for FitLoad to provide you with the Services. For example, we use necessary cookies to authenticate users, block malicious use of login credentials, shield user data from unauthorized access, and keep you logged in based on your preferences. You cannot decline these cookies.

  • Preferences cookies are used to improve how our Services work. For example, they allow smoother navigation, remember your preferred language or region, and support a more personalized user experience.

  • Statistics cookies are used to measure and understand how our Services operate, how they are used, and how they can be optimized. For example, we may count website visits and traffic sources, see which webpages are most popular, or analyze how visitors move around our website so we can measure and improve its performance.

We do not permit third-party advertising cookies, pixels or tags on app.fitload.ai, in our mobile apps, or on any page that displays health information, and we do not share information collected through cookies with advertisers.

Managing Cookies

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time, including to disable or revoke consent for cookies not categorized as necessary, through your browser settings as described below.

In addition:

  • Most browsers allow you to adjust your cookie settings. Different browsers offer you different controls, so check your browser settings for more information. Generally, your browser will give you the choice to accept, refuse or delete all cookies, or third-party cookies on a website, or those from specific websites. However, if you restrict our ability to set cookies, you may limit the full functionality of FitLoad, which could make some of our services and features unavailable to you.

Changes to this Policy

If we change this Policy, we will post the revised policy, together with its effective date, on our website. If you have questions about this Policy, you may reach us at legal@fitload.ai.
